What kinds of data are collected about my child and/or adolescent in their hobby?

The kinds of personal data needed about your child or adolescent depends a lot on the type of hobby. If the hobby of your child or adolescent involves trips abroad or the organiser takes out insurance or licences for them, that requires the processing of a fairly extensive amount of personal data. On the other hand, if the activity is limited to weekly gatherings, the need for collecting personal data will be much smaller. In general, at least the name and contact details of your child or adolescent need to be collected for taking part in a hobby, but some hobbies may require the collection of more data.
